Once an order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email provided with the order. If your order was not shipped and you did not receive a tracking number, this may be due to a delay.

If there is a delay in shipping, there are a few possible reasons for this, these reasons include:


  1. You have requested a service on your unit such as a haircut or base cut. When choosing these services, it is important to note that this can take 24 hours - up to 72 hours to be completed. Therefore the unit will not be shipped until the service is completed and is ready to go out.

  2. You have placed your order after 5PM Eastern Standard time. Any order placed after this time is not guaranteed to go out the same day due to the fact that all orders are picked up during this hour. Thus any order placed after this time will be shipped out the next business day.

  3. You have ordered an item that is flammable or out of stock. When this issue occurs we will attempt to contact you on numerous occasions. If we are unable to get a hold of you we will not ship out the order until we have spoken to you regarding the issue. Once we have reached a conclusion we will proceed to ship out your order.

  4. Your order needs to be transferred. Super Hair Pieces has two locations, one in Ontario, Canada and one in Florida, USA. If you have ordered a product that needs to be transferred between the two offices, this will cause a slight delay in shipping of about 1 business day. If you need your order as soon as possible, you have the option of choosing overnight shipping which will allow for your order to be shipped directly to you instead of having your order transferred.
