Hair Loss Warranty:
There is a 30 day limited warranty on the hair pieces that is valid starting on the date hairpiece has been delivered to the provided address that covers excessive shedding and/or rapid hair loss. If this occurs Super Hair Pieces will be happy to repair your hair piece or wig free of charge. If there are any issues 30 days after the purchase date, warranty will then be expired thus we will be unable to repair your order.
*Please note that v looped based models are not included in this warranty. These models include the M111 and HD111, due to the fact that they are disposable pieces.
Defective items, (other than hair loss) are considered the following for both stock and custom orders.
1. incorrect hair cut
2. incorrect base cut,
3. wrong color, density, grey, or size
These defects are subject to only 15 days from the day the unit has been delivered to the address on the invoice.
To start a claim regarding hair loss or a defective item please refer to the following steps:
1.Contact one of our customer service representatives and state what the issue is please note: you may be asked provide evidence through pictures, if not request they send unit in for inspection
2.Our customer service representative will then create a service request and provide you with the service request number that you can reference
3.You then have 10 days to ship the unit back to us from the date of request for inspection.
4.Once inspection is completed you will be contacted regarding any solutions that we may be able to offer you.
Please note: any items received after the 10 days without prior notice will not be considered and the request will be voided.
