Returns and exchanges can only be made within 15 days from delivery date

If you are nearing the end of the Return/Exchange policy time (for example, you only 3 days left), as long as you have notified (either via phone or email) a customer service representative and they gave you a response and the approval for you to send your unit back to Superhairpieces, it is still fine. 

The hairpiece must be in its original condition: Hair untouched, tags still on, in shape with template

  • Please send your Return/Exchange unit with your detailed contact information.
  • Write down all the details you want us be aware of and the reason for the Return or Exchange.
  • We will contact you to as soon as the parcel is received.
